Contact & Visit Planning
A short first message works best when it already includes the right basics.
This page keeps the contact methods and key visit-planning details in one place, so patients do not have to jump between multiple pages.

How To Contact
A short first message works best when it already includes the right basics.
This page keeps the contact methods and key visit-planning details in one place, so patients do not have to jump between multiple pages.
- 1Step 1
Review the treatment pages and narrow your main skin concern.
- 2Step 2
Collect your travel dates, preferred language, and any previous treatment history.
- 3Step 3
Confirm timing, visit details, and aftercare instructions before your appointment.
What to mention in your first message
- Your main concern, such as lifting, volume loss, skin quality, pigmentation, acne, or acne scars
- Your preferred visit date and whether you are currently in Korea or overseas
- Any treatment deadline such as a flight, wedding, meeting, or event
- Your preferred language for communication
- Previous treatment history if it may affect planning
Photos are optional
A general appointment request does not require a face photo. If you choose an optional photo-based preliminary review, first confirm the purpose and channel. Do not send ID documents or unrelated sensitive information. Messaging is not an emergency medical service, and final diagnosis and treatment decisions are made after an in-person assessment.
