FAQ
Answers to the basic questions patients usually ask before contacting the clinic.
Clinic hours, communication channels, consultation style, and planning notes are collected here for quick reference.
Do I need consultation before treatment?
Yes. The clinic promotes personalized consultation and doctor-led treatment planning before treatment selection.
How can I contact the clinic?
You can contact the clinic by WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, LINE, phone, or Google Maps directions depending on what is easiest for you.
What are the clinic hours?
The clinic is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 20:00 (lunch break 13:00β14:00), Saturday from 10:00 to 16:00, and closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Does the clinic speak English?
Yes. English-language pages and contact options are structured for patients who want to communicate in English before and during consultation. Japanese, Chinese, and Arabic patients are also supported via dedicated locale pages and messengers.
What consultation style does the clinic describe?
The site emphasizes explanation, individualized pacing, and treatment planning that starts from the main skin concern rather than a preset package.
Can I get same-day consultation and treatment?
In most cases, yes. Same-day consultation is possible. Treatments without prior testing (most botulinum toxin, fillers, lasers) can usually proceed on the same day. Procedures requiring prior blood test or skin analysis (e.g. stem cell, hair restoration) may need a separate visit. Contact the clinic with your travel window first.
Are minors eligible for treatment?
Patients under 18 require a parent or legal guardian present at consultation and treatment. Some procedures are not recommended below specific age thresholds β the dermatologist will advise during consultation.
Can I receive treatment while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Most aesthetic procedures (botulinum toxin, fillers, lasers, energy devices) are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please inform the clinic of your status during consultation β the dermatologist will recommend safe alternatives or postponement.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Korean and most international: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB, UnionPay), cash (KRW), and wire transfer (for overseas patients before visit). Mobile payments (Samsung Pay, Apple Pay) are also accepted.
Can I get a price estimate before consultation?
Public pricing pages list standard tier prices per procedure (KRW). However, the actual treatment plan and final cost depend on consultation β skin type, number of sessions, and combination treatments affect the total. We share a written estimate during consultation, before any treatment.
Is the treatment cost covered by insurance?
Most aesthetic dermatology procedures are non-insured (λΉκΈμ¬) under Korean National Health Insurance. Medical dermatology cases (severe acne with insurance code, certain pigmentation disorders) may be partially covered β verified during consultation.
Can I split the payment into installments?
Korean credit cards support 2β12 month installments (issuer-dependent) on treatments over a certain threshold. International cards typically do not support local installment plans β please ask during consultation.
Which treatments are featured most often?
Ultherapy, Thermage, stem cell treatment, skin boosters, Sculptra, Rejuran, botulinum toxin, fillers, pigmentation care, acne scar treatment, hair loss care, and regenerative skin therapies are featured repeatedly.

What is the nearest subway station?

When can I apply makeup after treatment?
Depends on the procedure. Injections (botulinum toxin, fillers): same day after needle marks settle (2β4 hours). Lasers: next day (24 hours minimum). Chemical peels: 3β7 days depending on depth. Energy devices (Ultherapy, Thermage): immediately. The dermatologist gives procedure-specific guidance during recovery briefing.
Can I exercise during the recovery period?
Most procedures allow light walking and daily activity immediately. Vigorous exercise (heavy cardio, weightlifting, hot yoga, sauna) is typically restricted 24β72 hours depending on procedure β to minimize bruising, swelling, and inflammation. Specific timeline shared during recovery briefing.
What if I experience side effects after treatment?
Contact the clinic directly via KakaoTalk, WhatsApp, LINE, or phone β we maintain a dedicated channel for post-treatment concerns. Common short-term effects (mild swelling, redness, bruising) resolve in 2β7 days. Unusual symptoms (severe pain, asymmetric swelling, fever, vision changes) require immediate contact and may need in-clinic evaluation.
When can I fly after treatment?
Most treatments allow flying within 24β48 hours. Filler and threadlift may benefit from a 3β5 day buffer to assess settling.
