Maximize your visit by preparing these before you arrive in Seoul:

Before booking:

• Submit an online consultation form with your concerns and photos — many clinics can pre-assess your case and suggest a treatment plan before you arrive
• List all current medications, supplements, and known allergies
• Note any previous cosmetic procedures (especially fillers, threads, or surgery in the past 6 months)

1–2 weeks before your visit:

• Stop retinoids (tretinoin, adapalene) 3–5 days before if planning laser or microneedling
• Avoid excessive sun exposure — sunburned skin cannot be safely treated with most devices
