Subcision bruising fades over 3-4 days; CO2 microcrust resolves over ~1 week. Pink tone may persist 1-2 weeks.
Weeks 4-8
Initial textural softening becomes visible; staged session interval allows full re-epithelialization before next visit.
3-6 months (mid-course)
Cumulative collagen remodeling visible across the staged sessions; raised-scar component progressively flattens with the TAC course.
12 months (post-course)
Structural scar improvement essentially semi-permanent. Maintenance protects new collagen from UV damage.

First 48-72 hours (subcision)
Mild swelling and bruising are expected. Avoid pressure on the released zone; no hot showers, saunas, or vigorous exercise. Sleep with the head elevated for the first night.
First week (CO2)
Microcrusts flake off naturally over ~1 week — do NOT pick. Cleanse gently. Broad-spectrum SPF 50+ daily. Pink tone may persist 1-2 weeks.
Weeks 2-12
Strict sun protection continues. Avoid retinoids and exfoliating acids until full re-epithelialization. Schedule next session at protocol interval (subcision 1-3 months, CO2 ~3 months, TAC 1-2 weeks).
Long-term
Daily SPF 50+ to protect remodeling collagen. Photographic follow-up at clinic helps track scar remodeling progress.
