사후 관리

Avoid lying flat, strenuous exercise, or massaging the treated area. Sleep slightly elevated for the first night.

Avoid heat (sauna, hot shower, hot yoga) and intense sun exposure. Mild swelling and bruising expected — cool compresses help.

Visible recovery (swelling, bruising) typically resolves over the first week. Avoid aggressive neck skincare actives.
04Long-term
Daily SPF 50+ on neck and décolleté to protect skin quality. Schedule Botox maintenance at 4-6 months and filler review at 6-12 months.
