For 7 days after treatment, avoid alcohol, smoking, saunas, steam rooms, and exercise that makes you sweat heavily.

Avoid rubbing the treated area, including massage therapy.

For 3–4 days, avoid cooling the skin — no cold-water face washing or cold packs — so warmth in the treated area is maintained.

You can wash your face and wear makeup on the day of treatment.

Skin can feel temporarily dry — pay attention to hydration and moisturizing.

Apply sunscreen well after treatment.

On the day of treatment there can be slight swelling, redness, burning, warmth, or throbbing pain — this is temporary and settles within days.

After InMode FX, bruising can appear in the treated area and settles naturally over 1–2 weeks.

If bruising is heavy, a bruise-care cream helps.
