Avoid alcohol and smoking for 7 days after treatment: they can cause inflammation.

Avoid saunas, steam rooms, heavy sweating, and swimming.

Gentle face washing and showering are fine, but take care not to loosen the tape when washing.

Keep the healing tape on for at least 1 week.

After removing the tape, the red mark means the skin is still regenerating, so apply sunscreen carefully whenever you go outside.

If prescribed, use your medication and ointment as directed.

Skin regeneration after removal takes roughly 1–3 months, varying with your skin's condition.
